We are looking for Maintenance Technicians (Mechanical, Electromechanical or Indusrial Automation).
The Mechanical or Electromechanical Maintenance Technician will carry out work on new installations as well as preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and plant facilities, ensuring optimal performance and meeting quality objectives, while minimizing intervention times and associated costs.
The Industrial Automation Technician will execute automation projects from specification to commissioning, following defined requirements and ensuring compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety policies.
Your contribution
1. Perform predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance tasks within the assigned area.
2. Maintain specific tools related to the assigned area.
3. Ensure compliance with management indicators established for the assigned area.
4. Mechanical Technician: predictive, preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance, mechanical fault repairs, and machining of parts using machines.
5. Electromechanical Technician: predictive, preventive and corrective electromechanical maintenance, electromechanical fault repairs, and electromechanical work on machine parts.
6. Industrial Automation Technician: PLC programming to ensure proper equipment operation, configuration of components and communications, commissioning of installations, and incident analysis in production and department management systems.
Your Experience & Qualifications
7. Vocational training (FPII) in Mechanics, Automotive, Electromechanics or Technical Engineering.
8. English (valuable).
9. 3–4 years of experience in a similar role.
10. Mechanical Technician: basic electrical knowledge, experience with machines and tools, SAP-PM and AutoCAD desirable.
11. Electromechanical Technician:basic electrical knowledge, experience with machines and tools, SAP-PM and AutoCAD desirable.
12. Industrial Automation Technician: advanced knowledge of industrial robotics and PLC programming (preferably Siemens S7 and TIA Portal); knowledge of SCADA systems, HMI, Profibus Ethernet, CMMS or GMAO, and experience in low-voltage electrical installation and maintenance.
