The Researcher is responsible for supporting recruitment delivery of complex assignment through advanced sourcing strategies and leveraging market intelligence to attract top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience on behalf of the Michael Page brand. This role leads proactive talent sourcing across multiple channels, conducts detailed market research, and delivers strategic insights to collaborate closely with consultants in meeting client hiring needs. In addition to sourcing execution, the role contributes to capability building by promoting best practices, engaging with key stakeholders and championing data quality within recruitment systems. Key responsibilities: Lead proactive sourcing efforts across multiple channels including databases, social media, and targeted outreach. Build and maintain strong candidate networks aligned with market needs. Own market research and talent mapping initiatives to support Consultants with strategic insights. Monitor industry trends and provide relevant data to inform recruitment strategies. Conduct in-depth, competency-based interviews in English and other relevant languages. Evaluate candidate suitability and maintain long-term relationships to support future hiring needs. Collaborate closely with consultants to align on project goals and timelines. Oversee interview scheduling and communication, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Champion the use of internal tools and ensure high standards of data quality and reporting. Identify opportunities to enhance research methodologies, sourcing strategies, and operational workflows.
