Your job opportunity:
Join our dynamic team and lead the creation of innovative, user-centric Android applications that redefine industry standards. As a Senior Android Developer, you will be the project lead and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cutting-edge projects, leveraging your expertise to deliver seamless and captivating user experiences.
You will:
* Define the architecture for the Android applications.
* Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable and reliable Kotlin/Java code.
* Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
* Cooperate with back-end developers in building the RESTful API.
* Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.
* Work with the latest technologies and methodologies.
Requirements:
* 4+ years experience developing apps for the Android platform.
* Knowledge and experience in Kotlin.
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
* Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
* Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks (Arch components, Retrofit, Okhttp, Room, Firebase).
* Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
* Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
* Up-to-date with the latest Android trends, techniques and technologies.
* Understanding of SCRUM development process.
* Passionate about mobile and utilizing cutting-edge technologies.
* English / Spanish (both high level)
