Job Title: Product Marketing Manager | Heat Pumps & Covers

Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Product Marketing Manager to boost awareness, demand, and adoption of our Heat Pumps & Pool Covers.
Responsibilities:
* Understand regional customer requirements and industry trends
* Define product strategy including branding, pricing, and channels, and create competitive positioning and messaging
* Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and current products, working with local teams to ensure success and aligning pricing with market demands and margin goals
* Analyze competitors' product specifications to inform the global product management team and ensure a correct regional roadmap
* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand, develop content and marketing assets, and work with digital marketing
* Develop sales enablement materials like presentations, battle cards, product guides, and training sessions
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
* 5+ years experience in product marketing, preferably in home appliances & consumer electronics
* Strong understanding of GTM strategies, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning
* Experience with sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and demand generation
* Analytical skills to interpret market data and insights
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
* Experience launching products in multiple regions is a plus
