About the Company - Nuestro cliente es una importante retailer de moda deportiva y complementos internacional. En Iberia tienen externalizado su centro de distribución a un operador 3PL en Madrid. Buscamos un perfil de 8-10 años de experiencia como Responsable de Operaciones de centro de distribución gestionando la supervision y optimización de todo el flujo operativo del 3PL, Inbound, warehouse operations y store delivery a nivel Iberia, tanto tiendas como e-commerce. Buscamos un perfil de manager con un mínimo de 8 años de experiencia en operaciones de almacen /Distribution Center para Iberia supervisando métricas del 3PL como On-time supplier deliveries, Picking productivity, inventory accuracy o store delivery performance. La posicion tiene equipo a su cargo y requiere presencia en el almacén del 3PL para supervisar las operaciones. Se requiere SAP y Nivel C1 de Ingles mínimo.
About the Role -The logistics manager will be responsible to coordinate all logistics operations with the 3PL provider and supervise their warehouse operations. Close cooperation with demand planning, customer service, digital and quality management as well as with finance and compliance.
Warehouse Operations- Inbound Operations Analysis -Inventory accuracy Analysis- Store Delivery Performance
Manage B2B (stores) and B2c (ecommerce) logistics operations coordinating with Demand and Supply team.
Warehouse Operations: Manage warehouse inventory, keep track of slow moving and obsolete stock and organize destruction of goods with close cooperation with finance and the logistics service provider.
Resolve any arising problems or complaints concerning logistics systems.
Participate in the implementation of appropriate logistics models that support business strategies, company expansion and cost reduction strategies as well as participating in various projects to expand the company portfolio.
Assess and make recommendations for logistics processes in potential new affiliates and advise of cost implications and efficiency. Invoice verification of transport and storage service providers.
Prepare and monitor third party logistics service budget. Assure delivery reception and I-doc errors resolution.
5+ years’ experience of working in logistics/purchasing/supply chain/transportation function. C1 English. Expert knowledge of technical regulations related to logistics such as import/export and customs regulations will be valued. IT systems knowledge and skills including knowledge and understanding of specialist ERP systems such as SAP, as well as experience with warehouse management systems and interfaces to ensure that IT systems in place are effective, appropriately maintained, and accurate. Expert in office tools. Knowledge of software as SAP or TMS will be a plus. Very desirable if the candidate has experience with logistic part of E-commerce (orders flows & processing, shipping, issues etc). Able to work as a team with multiple departments both national and International: (Finance, Marketing, e-commerce, controlling, operations etc..
5+ years’ experience of working in logistics/purchasing/supply chain/transportation function. C1/C2 in Spanish & English
Expert knowledge of technical regulations related to logistics such as import/export and customs regulations.
IT systems knowledge and skills including knowledge and understanding of specialist ERP systems such as SAP, as well as experience with warehouse management systems and interfaces to ensure that IT systems in place are effective, appropriately maintained, and accurate.
Expert in office tools.
Knowledge of software as SAP essential.
Experience with logistic part of E-commerce (orders flows & processing, shipping, issues etc).
Able to work as a team with multiple departments both national and International: (Finance, Marketing, e-commerce, controlling, operations etc).
