Job Overview

The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results, oversee daily store operations, enhance customer experience, lead talent development, and support omni-channel fulfillment.

What You'll Do
* Customer Experience – Deliver best-in-class service and cultivate loyalty.
* Drive Sales – Analyze business, set targets, and execute strategies.
* Omni Channel Fulfillment – Enable seamless customer journeys across channels.
* Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision – Maintain visual standards and guide floor staff.
* Store & Stockroom Operations – Manage opening/closing routines, inventory, and efficiency.
* Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management – Recruit, train, schedule, and process payroll.
* Training and Development – Build staff skills and career progression.
* Communication – Foster transparent, collaborative communication.
* Asset Protection – Protect company assets and mitigate loss.
Requisitos / What It Takes
* Bachelor’s Degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
* CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Spanish (required).
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to perform in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
* Team building skills.
* Self-starter and proactive.
* Drive to achieve results.
* Multi-tasking ability.
* Fashion interest & knowledge.
