CEO / Executive BoardWe are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our fashion & lifestyle brand across Europe by securing strategic commercial partnerships and ensuring our products are placed on a single consolidated sales shelf with key distributors, retail networks, or online platforms.If you have a strong background in fashion or lifestyle sales, understand the industry dynamics, and bring with you a valuable network of business contacts – this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Secure strategic B2B partnerships across Europe – fashion retail chains, concept stores, premium marketplaces, distribution groups.Lead the launch of our full product portfolio under one sales umbrella with a key regional or pan-European partner.Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, procurement leads, and commercial directors.Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, listing agreements, and co-selling strategies.Expand brand presence across offline and online B2B channels – department stores, premium e-commerce, and marketplaces (e.G., Zalando, About You, Spartoo, Secret Sales, regional distributors in DACH, Benelux, Nordics, and CEE).Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, sales operations) to ensure brand consistency and commercial readiness.Co-create and execute a scalable wholesale strategy and geographic market expansion plan.
Requirements:
Minimum 8–10 years of B2B sales experience in the fashion or lifestyle sector (e.G., apparel, accessories, footwear, beauty, home & living).Proven track record and active network of business relationships in Europe – including major retail accounts (e.G., Peek & Cloppenburg, El Corte Inglés, De Bijenkorf), premium fashion marketplaces (e.G., Zalando, About You, Yoox), or showroom sales agents.Experience in placing a full brand portfolio on shelf with one or more large B2B retail or e-commerce partners.Deep understanding of the fashion B2B sales cycle – including seasonality, buying calendars, wholesale business models.Fluent in English and Polish.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
