About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to own customer retention, satisfaction, and long‑term account health across a portfolio of Pricepoint customers. This is not a support role. You will be the main owner of the customer relationship after onboarding, responsible for making sure customers understand the value of Pricepoint, use the product consistently, and renew successfully. Your mission is to protect and grow MRR, reduce churn, and increase Net Revenue Retention through proactive account management.
Responsibilities
* Own retention, renewals, gross churn, and Net Revenue Retention for your assigned accounts.
* Build strong relationships with hotel owners, managers, and decision‑makers.
* Monitor account health, product usage, engagement, and churn signals.
* Identify at‑risk customers early and execute recovery plans before cancellations happen.
* Run regular business reviews to show customers the value Pricepoint is delivering.
* Drive product adoption and make sure customers use Pricepoint as part of their regular revenue management routine.
* Lead renewal conversations and coordinate internally when commercial, product, or support issues need to be solved.
* Keep HubSpot updated with account status, risks, renewal dates, next steps, and customer interactions.
* Work closely with Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Product to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, SaaS, hospitality technology, or hotel operations.
* Strong understanding of customer retention, renewals, churn prevention, and account health.
* Ability to read data, identify trends, and translate insights into simple customer conversations.
* Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
* Comfort working with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
* Strong organization skills and the ability to manage many accounts at the same time.
* Proactive problem‑solving mindset. You do not wait for customers to complain before taking action.
* Clear communication, commercial judgment, and the ability to build trust with customers.
Required Skills
* Experience working with hotels, hostels, PMS, RMS, OTAs, or other hospitality technology.
* Understanding of SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, NRR, gross churn, expansion, and contraction.
* Experience managing renewals or commercial conversations with existing customers.
