Are you ready to join us? /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliImplement innovative, robust, and future‑proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central and/or Employee Central Time Management. /liliGuide clients on SAP best practices and innovations, staying aligned with the SuccessFactors roadmap and the broader HR tech landscape. /liliLead client process walkthroughs to align business needs with system functionality. /liliDesign and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices. /liliFacilitate workshops and training sessions for key users. /liliEnsure effective knowledge transfer to clients and internal support teams. /liliCollaborate with international colleagues across SD Worx’s Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliHaving led at least one end‑to‑end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Time Management solutions. Other modules are a plus. /liliStrong communication skills, with the ability to deliver high‑quality presentations to senior client stakeholders. /liliProactive and enthusiastic about learning and staying up to date with the latest SAP technologies.
