As a Senior Sales Manager – Central Spain & AGE, you will drive business development and revenue growth across strategic public sector customers, including the Administración General del Estado (AGE), regional governments and key public bodies, provincial councils, major municipalities, and public universities. Covering "Administración General del Estado" (AGE), Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla y León.
This role requires a senior profile with proven experience managing complex public sector environments and central government stakeholders.
Generate and manage a robust, qualified, and predictable sales pipelineLead public tenders, framework-based projects, and complex commercial bidsBuild trusted relationships with C-level executives, senior decision-makers, and influencersCoordinate internal teams to deliver winning proposals (RFPs, RFIs, tenders, commercial offers)Strengthen and activate the local and national partner ecosystemNegotiate commercial terms to achieve win-win, long-term relationships
8–10+ years of experience in ICT / IT infrastructure sales (Public Sector and/or Enterprise)~ Strong background selling Networking, Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud and/or AI solutions~ Solid understanding of public procurement and tender environments~ Spanish and English working proficiency
