Main Mission
Define how SCC's AI offering is positioned and taken to market. This role exists to clearly articulate who the offering is for, what problems it solves, and why customers should choose it - ensuring it is easy for customers to understand, for sales teams to sell, and for the business to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Positioning & Go-to-Market Ownership
- Own and drive the end‐to‐end go‐to‐market strategy for the AI proposition.
- Lead proposition launches, aligning product, sales, marketing, and partners.
Narrative, Messaging & Authority
- Own the AI narrative and messaging framework.
- Align messaging to real buyer needs, pain points, and decision criteria
- Drive clear targeting by defining priority customers, use cases, and buying audience.
Sales & Campaign Enablement
- Produce sales ready marketing materials (brochures, case studies, white papers, digital content)
- Enable sales and pre‐sales teams with consistent positioning across campaigns
- Equip internal teams with the tools and guidance to sell AI solutions effectively
Market Insight & Thought Leadership
- Develop market, customer and competitor insights and feedback into proposition development and roadmap decisions.
- Translate competitive insight into differentiation to clearly articulate why customers choose SCC over alternatives.
- Position SCC as a credible AI authority through thought leadership.
Required Skills
- Strong experience creating effective marketing content (brochures, case studies, white papers, digital)
- Proven ability in market insight, positioning, and go‐to‐market delivery
- Experience supporting successful end‐to‐end launches
Language
- Fluent English and Spanish required
Candidate Profile
- Experience in product marketing or a similar role within technology
- 2–5 years' experience in IT or a related industry
- Strong interest in technology and digital transformation
- Experience working with vendors and partners
Internal / External Relations
- Internal: Product Management, Campaign Management, Sales, Pre-Sales, Bid and relevant cross-functional teams.
- External: Clients, Vendors, Partners, Research Companies.
Working Conditions
- Travel may be required to SCC Office locations.
