Job Requirements
* Valid work permit
* Minimum of three years' experience in similar roles
* Knowledge of allergen and dietary restriction management
* Leadership skills and team management experience
* Hospitality training is a plus
Your Responsibilities
* Manage the kitchen team
* Ensure proper food preparation and presentation
* Follow operational procedures and standards
* Maintain necessary supplies and mise en place
* Supervise hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
* Order and receive supplies
* Label and rotate food products appropriately
