We are looking for a Product Manager to lead Forma's automation capabilities.

Automations are created as reusable, configurable building blocks that can be applied and adapted across different projects and contexts, without requiring users to write code or understand the underlying implementation.
**Minimum Qualifications
**- 3-7 years of experience in product management or a closely related role in B2B or SaaS products- Strong skills in customer discovery, problem framing, and experimentation- Experience working closely with Design and Engineering in empowered product teams- Ability to think in systems, platforms, and AI enabled workflowsStrong communication and collaboration skills Experience with building design and design automations is a plus but not required
