New Digital Intelligence (NDI) is a fast-growing startup providing AI employees as a Service for mid-market customers, with the ambition to become a unicorn and a global leader in this market segment.As the Head of Platform Engineering and Project Delivery, you will lead the technical definition and implementation and integration of our AI-Employee modular solution toolkit and the implementation of client AI solutions on the basis of this toolkit. You will be responsible for ensuring that our technical innovations are successfully integrated into client environments, managing the delivery lifecycle, and ensuring our services are high-quality and high-impact.ResponsibilitiesDefine the long‐term delivery roadmap and operational frameworks for GenAI implementations.Develop and maintain our "Baukasten" for building AI employees: A modular toolkit centered around EMA.co as our integration platform enhanced with own agents and third‐party components as well as proprietary prompt sheets.Oversee the end‐to‐end delivery of AI projects, from initial pilot programs to full‐scale enterprise production.Build, mentor, and scale a high‐performing team of AI solution engineers and implementation managers.Stay at the forefront of operational excellence in AI deployment to maintain a competitive edge in the market.Ensure the quality, reliability, and security of the delivery process and client integrations.Manage our demo factory to produce high quality general and client specific demos and proof of concepts.RequirementsExperience in delivering complex AI use cases in a client‐facing and overall leading role.Overseeing delivery teams in AI.Deep knowledge of implementation methodologies, client lifecycle management, and software delivery lifecycles for AI.Experience in defining and maintaining a modular set of components (toolkit, Baukasten) to rapidly deliver and scale AI solutions.A self‐starter attitude with the ability to operate in an agile, small‐team environment.Passion for innovation and the startup ecosystem, with a strong belief in NDI's mission and vision.What We OfferA pivotal role as part of the executive team, with direct influence on company strategy and growth.A competitive salary package.Equity ownership awards as part of our Employee share program.Collaborative, fast‐paced startup environment with huge potential for growth.Ready to Join Us?
