Position Overview
MCI is a tech‑enabled business services company that offers Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Anything‑as‑a‑Service (XaaS) solutions across multiple industries. The Dialer Administrator will monitor the production of all dialing platforms, support operations, and ensure adherence to company and regulatory policies.
Position Responsibilities
- Perform system configurations, software installations, updates, and upgrades for multiple applications to minimize downtime.
- Provide daily operational support, training, and troubleshooting for software issues.
- Prepare calling lists and load data into CRM systems.
- Develop expertise in the function and capabilities of the different dialing platforms.
- Work with external vendors to resolve performance or uptime issues and implement preventive measures.
- Analyze system performance versus requirements and propose improvements to increase efficiency.
- Understand regulatory compliance requirements, manage audits, and ensure systems remain compliant.
- Provide helpdesk support, resolve tickets, projects, and critical issues for the organization.
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling, especially during new project launches or software updates.
- Perform any other duties as required.
Candidate Qualifications
- Technical training or a combination of training and experience.
- 4+ years in a similar role.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of data principles; experience with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, requiring detailed analysis, creative problem solving, time management, and sound judgment.
- Self‑motivated with strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Physical Requirements
The job is performed in a professional office environment. Employees will be largely sedentary, sitting or standing for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. Tasks include operating a computer and other office equipment such as a phone, copier, and printer. Occasionally, employees may need to move around the office, reach in any direction, and lift or move objects up to forty (40) pounds.
