WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Manage and administer Linux systems in enterprise environments, especially Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
* Handle production incidents, perform advanced troubleshooting, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA)
* Resolve complex incidents, execute changes, and perform maintenance activities following ITIL v4 processes
* Manage automation and configuration tasks using tools such as Ansible, Python and Bash
* Administer and operate high‑availability clusters (e.g. Pacemaker, ServiceGuard, Veritas Cluster)
* Work with infrastructure services including networking, storage, virtualization, and system security
* Coordinate tasks, incidents, and changes through ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
* Document technical work accurately and communicate effectively with stakeholders
