Team Lead at Baseline Fitness
Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in training and developing staff.
Assist in member service oversight, ensuring all staff provide great customer experience.
Perform front‐desk related tasks, including answering calls, taking info calls, handling member check‐ins, sign‐ups, cancellations, and updating account information.
Conduct gym tours for prospective members.
Assist in resolving member service issues.
Manage team members and provide backup support to the Club Manager as needed.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Create and maintain a positive image for the club, including cleanliness and appearance.
Assist in managing marketing efforts and ensuring team members are trained on current promotions.
Order supplies, maintain inventory, and track reports.

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Demands
Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift.
Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift.
Lift up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time.
