Overview Cisco Customer Success Representative - German Speaking at Ingram Micro. We are hiring a Cisco Customer Success Representative to support our European Partners. The successful candidate focuses on customer experience to propel recurring revenue generation, technology adoption, retention, and securing Cisco vendor lines. The role reports to the Manager of European Customer Success CoE.
Key responsibilities Ensure partners receive best customer experience possible.
Contribute to the development of the hub, service desk processes and procedures to provide timely onboarding and resolution of issues and customer success.
Support partners’ awareness of customer success methodologies so they can drive a customer success strategy within their own business.
Collaborate and share best practices amongst team members to continuously improve customer experience, increase revenue, customer retention and growth.
KPIs for the role include ongoing partner Net Revenue Retention and churn within the aligned territory.
