What are we looking for?
As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in planning, analyzing, and coordinating projects within our development and commercial portfolio, collaborating in a global, cross-functional environment. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in developing and maintaining portfolio plans, including timelines, milestones, and prioritization frameworks
* Preparing strategic materials for governance meetings and portfolio reviews
* Ensuring accurate documentation and communication of portfolio decisions and updates
* Performing portfolio analyses: risk assessments, scenario comparisons, timeline evaluations, and KPIs
* Creating dashboards and regular monitoring reports with digital tools
* Coordinating with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, Manufacturing, and other internal partners to collect information and align strategies
* Supporting multifunctional teams in identifying potential challenges and resource constraints
* Communicating portfolio insights to stakeholders at various levels
* Tracking and highlighting emerging risks, issues, or opportunities within the portfolio
* Assisting with the evaluation of new projects, initiatives, or external collaborations
* Contributing to continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, digital tools, and systems

What do you need?
* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or similar
* Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PharmD, PhD) is a plus, but not mandatory
* 2–5 years of experience in pharma, biotechnology, or related industries
* Background in portfolio management and/or strategy
* Basic understanding of the drug development lifecycle, regulatory steps, or commercial product management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation capabilities
* Advanced organizational skills, managing multiple priorities efficiently
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and portfolio/project management tools (including dashboards, analytics platforms)
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in global, matrixed environments
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
* Strong relationship-building skills and eagerness for continuous learning
