Job Description
- Lead and oversee the HR strategy for several properties within the region, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Executive Committee, providing insights, recommendations, and data-driven HR solutions.
- Build strong relationships with General Managers and leadership teams, offering guidance and support on all HR matters.
- Drive talent acquisition, retention, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement within a service-oriented, high-performance environment.
- Manage labor relations, legal compliance, and workforce planning across all properties.
- Implement HR policies, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
- Lead HR teams across the portfolio, promoting a supportive, empowering, and people-focused leadership style.
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience in multi-property or multi-site environments, ideally within the hospitality sector.
- Proven strategic thinking with the ability to balance high-level vision and hands-on execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills and credibility to effectively collaborate with senior leadership and the Executive Committee.
- Demonstrated track record in talent development, organizational transformation, and leadership coaching.
- Excellent communication skills; high level of emotional intelligence and relationship-building ability.
- Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR best practices.
- Fluent Spanish and strong English required.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Andalusia.
