This role is fully remote, and operates on a 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST schedule.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
•Managing client communication and expectations
•Setting up and launching outbound campaigns (cold email / LinkedIn / etc.)
•Overseeing inbox managers and ensuring proper follow-up
•Tracking performance and optimizing campaigns
•Reporting results clearly and professionally
•Proactively solving problems before they escalate
Requirements
•Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role
•Experience with outbound campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn outreach, etc.)
•Strong leadership and oversight skills
•Excellent written and spoken English (near-native level required)
•Highly organized and detail-oriented
•Ability to manage multiple clients without dropping the ball
