Job description
* Accounting & Financial Control
o Register and organise invoices and expenses
o Prepare payment proposals and monitor due dates
o Follow up on outstanding invoices
o Maintain financial spreadsheets and internal trackers
o Coordinate with the external accounting firm to ensure accurate tax reporting
* Administration & Documentation
o Maintain organised legal and corporate records
o Manage contracts, KYC documentation and agreements with partners
o Ensure documentation remains structured, accessible and updated
* Communication & Operational Support
o Draft professional emails in Spanish and English
o Coordinate with accountants, lawyers, partners and internal teams
o Provide administrative support across departments when required
* The role focuses on internal business operations and administration rather than customer service.
Profile
* Degree in Business Administration or a related field
* 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or office environment
* Basic understanding of accounting and financial concepts (VAT, invoices, etc.)
* Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
* Fluent Spanish and good professional English
