Hello, I’m Ivo Mästinger, leading a dynamic team in the power plant sector. With over 40 engineers worldwide, we support power plant projects from planning and site management to installation supervision and commissioning. Our project portfolio includes Püssi – Grid Stabiliser, Ishinomaki Biomass, and Seaboard / Estrella del Mar III, among others. We also provide services for existing plants.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead commissioning of generator excitation and/or frequency converter systems
* Configure, test, start up, and commission excitation and drive systems, including auxiliaries
* Work on large-scale power or industrial plants worldwide
* Collaborate with commissioning engineers and clients of diverse backgrounds
* Troubleshoot excitation and converter issues with technical experts
Preferred Qualifications
* Electrical Technician or Engineering degree
* Hands-on experience with commissioning power electronic equipment from reputable manufacturers
* Experience with established products such as Siemens RG3-S, ABB Unitrol, GE LS2100, etc. (preferred)
* Willingness to work internationally on challenging projects
* Team player with good communication skills in English
