We are currently expanding our Sales Team and could use your expertise. If you're looking for the next challenge in Sales, you might have just found it. We're seeking a sharp, growth-driven New Business Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and help us strengthen our sales department.
Here's your mission:
You'll identify and engage new clients, introduce them to the LimeSurvey experience, and ensure they get immediate value. From first contact to signed contract, you'll lead the full sales cycle. You'll be our front line for turning new leads into long-term relationships.
Your daily Lime ventures:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various markets and verticals.
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through strategic outreach.
* Understand customer pain points and goals, and match them with LimeSurvey features and solutions.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth handovers and a great first experience.
* Lead demos, discussions, and contract negotiations confidently and clearly.
* Actively track your performance, learn from data, and improve your approach.
Requirements:
This role might be your perfect Lime match if:
* You have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or tech.
* You love opening doors, starting conversations, and closing deals.
* You are fluent in English and/or German (additional languages are a bonus).
* You are familiar with CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Hubspot.
* You bring energy, curiosity, and structure to sales conversations.
* You are organized, ambitious, and eager to help build something big.
