We are currently looking for a talented Customer Experience Specialist to join our Bride Experience Team.
Mission:
Deliver an exceptional, personalized, and seamless journey for every bride by providing accurate guidance, empathetic support, and proactive solutions across all communication channels. Through professional service, collaboration with retail stores, and a customer-centric mindset, the role ensures that each bride feels valued and inspired throughout the process of finding her dream dress, while contributing to the achievement of departmental goals and enhancing Pronovias’ reputation for excellence.
Role & responsibilities:
- Respond to our brides inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, procedures, and company policies.
- Guide brides through the process of finding their dream dress.
- Handle and resolve possible complaints efficiently and professionally, adhering to established policies.
- Proactively offer solutions and recommendations, maximizing our bride experience and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with retail stores to address customer concerns related to their in-store experience.
- Contribute to achieving department goals and exceeding customer expectations consistently.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume, multi-channel contact center environment.
- Availability to work during afternoon shift (3pm - 11pm)
- Fluency Spanish and English. Additional languages (French or Italian) are a strong asset.
- Familiarity with the retail or e-commerce industry, and experience in luxury customer service is preferred.
- Positive, helpful, and solution-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new software and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Availability of own vehicle and valid driving license.
