Experteer Overview In this role you will monitor and improve fleet reliability through data analysis, KPI development, and reporting to Aeronautical Authorities to ensure performance and regulatory compliance. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of reliability issues and implement improvements, while maintaining open communication with regulators. - Systematically review fleet reliability performance and ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain KPIs reflecting fleet reliability
- Collect and analyze operational data for reliability assessments
- Identify trends and improvement opportunities from data analyses
- Document findings and present bi-monthly reliability reports to authorities
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, safety, quality, and operations to implement improvements
- Maintain transparent records of reliability performance and improvement actions
- Perform other duties as assignedResponsabilidades
- A minimum of 3 years of aviation experience (CAMO or aviation component supplier preferred)
- Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
