for a 6-month contract within our Global Events Team.Key Responsibilities
Maintain and improve project management processes and documentationTrack and report project progress, proactively resolving challengesLead cross-functional project teams and workstreamsManage Semrush Swag Store and Spotlight Swag projects, ensuring seamless operation and deliveryUpdate and optimize swag production workflowsOversee freelance contributors, ensuring timely and quality deliverablesSource and evaluate new swag options for eventsManage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiencyCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors for event productionOversee logistics, production schedules, and sponsor relationshipsNegotiate contracts and manage vendor relationshipsCoordinate sponsor deliverables and manage invoicing and reportingLead additional ad hoc event projects and manage freelancer hiring via UpworkQualifications
Proven experience in project management, especially in event productionExperience in managing sponsor logistics and vendor relationshipsStrong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projectsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBudget management experienceProblem-solving skills and adaptabilityProficiency with project management tools (preferred)Experience managing freelancers and external vendorsAttention to detail, calmness under pressure, flexibility, and teamwork orientationBenefits
