Overview
We are seeking a Campaign Marketing Specialist to strengthen our client\'s marketing efforts across Southern Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, localizing, and executing impactful marketing and campaign initiatives that drive brand presence, customer engagement, and sales growth.
Responsibilities
* Plan, adapt, and deliver marketing activations across both digital and offline channels while staying aligned with overarching marketing strategies.
* Develop and manage campaigns spanning email, social media, paid digital channels, search, display, and content marketing – on both local and global scales.
* Provide sales teams with the right marketing tools and assets to support customer engagement across digital and physical touchpoints.
* Identify and implement in-store and point-of-sale materials to strengthen brand presence and drive sales in retail environments.
* Build collaborations with key local business partners to expand reach and opportunities.
* Adapt and localize content for your market, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
Qualifications
* Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
* Strong ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively.
* Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends and best practices.
* Proven ability to generate measurable business results through marketing initiatives.
* Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing.
* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office, and Marketing Cloud (or similar tools).
* Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Italian are an advantage.
