This role is key in shaping how Sage shows up in the Iberian market, defining how we talk about our products, connecting with our audiences, and driving growth. /ph3Responsabilidades principales /h3ulliOwn and lead all aspects of product activation, including market launches, customer engagement, and adoption. /liliDevelop and champion localised messaging frameworks and value propositions tailored to accountant personas. /liliDefine and optimise the end‑to‑end customer journey, driving product‑led growth and retention. /liliCollaborate cross‑functionally with GTM, Sales, Partner, and Product teams to deliver impactful campaigns and enablement. /liliConduct competitive analysis and shape response strategies for key players such as Holded, Wolters Kluwer, Cegid, and others. /liliLead market research and customer discovery in Spanish and Portuguese to surface insights and inform strategy. /liliShape commercial models, pricing, and packaging to ensure local relevance and differentiation. /liliContribute to vertical strategies for segments such as embedded services and digital transformation. /liliRepresent the voice of the Spanish and Portuguese accountant, influencing global strategy and product roadmaps. /liliBuild visibility and trust within the local accountant community, acting as a recognised advocate for Sage. /li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3pYou’re fluent in Spanish or Portuguese (plus English), have deep knowledge of the accounting profession in Iberia, and possess proven senior experience in Product Marketing, Go‑to‑Market, or Commercial Strategy within B2B SaaS, fintech, or accounting software. You’re commercially minded, data‑driven, and able to translate insight into action—designing pricing models, propositions, and campaigns that deliver measurable results. You’re a confident communicator and storyteller, able to influence at senior levels and bring teams together under a clear vision.
