**ABOUT OKU**

OKU Hotels is a boutique collection of soulfully-curated, laidback luxury hotels, created for the modern traveler. Meticulously designed sanctuaries are conceived with barefoot luxury, local connections and slow living at heart.
OKU Hotels is headquartered in London, with current properties operating in Ibiza, Andalucia and Kos, and a confirmed pipeline of hotels set to open in Turkey, Bodrum and the Maldives. OKU is targeting to own and/or operate a collection of over ten exquisite properties in new and captivating destinations worldwide, over the next five years.
**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE**
- Lead the overall operation and performance of the OKU Boutique, ensuring an exceptional retail experience aligned with OKU brand standards and the resort’s guest journey.
- Curate and maintain a boutique environment that reflects OKU’s aesthetic, lifestyle philosophy and relaxed luxury identity.
- Oversee daily boutique operations including merchandising, product presentation, stock management and sales performance.
- Deliver a personalised and high-end retail experience for guests, providing styling advice and product knowledge that enhances their stay.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse retail trends and guest preferences, and implement strategies to maximise revenue and guest engagement.
- Manage inventory control, stock rotation and replenishment while coordinating with suppliers and internal departments.
- Oversee VIP guest interactions within the boutique, offering a tailored and exclusive shopping experience.
- Train, motivate and guide boutique staff to deliver outstanding service and strong product knowledge.
- Collaborate with marketing and guest experience teams to promote the boutique through events, activations and guest engagement initiatives.
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales, stock levels and retail performance.
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Boutique Manager, Retail Manager or similar role within luxury retail, lifestyle brands or hospitality environments.
- Previous experience in luxury hotels, resorts, beach clubs or lifestyle destinations is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of luxury retail service standards and guest engagement.
- Based on the Costa del Sol or willing to relocate.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multiple resort departments.

**Technical Skills and Knowledge**
- Fluency in Spanish and professional or bilingual level of English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and retail reporting tools.
- Experience with inventory management systems, POS systems and retail stock control.
