Role Overview
Support and maintain the SAP interface landscape, ensuring smooth integration between SAP and external systems while troubleshooting and resolving interface-related issues. Own day-to-day inventory accuracy, stock control, and material movement processing within SAP as an Inventory Management (MM-IM) specialist.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inventory processes in SAP MM-IM, including goods receipts, goods issues, transfer postings, and stock transfers.
* Maintain accurate stock levels and investigate discrepancies between system stock and physical stock.
* Support and maintain material master data, particularly fields that drive inventory valuation, storage, and movement behavior.
* Process and monitor material movements using SAP transactions such as MIGO, MBST, MB52, MMBE, and related inventory tools.
* Perform physical inventory activities, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
* Work with procurement, production, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure stock movements are correctly reflected in SAP and aligned to business processes.
* Investigate and resolve inventory issues, including blocked stock, discrepancies, movement errors, and reporting mismatches.
