Hybrid Work Model
Support our team as an Export Specialist (f / m / d).
Responsibilities:
* Manage communication with international customers, addressing inquiries and providing information on orders and shipments.
* Monitor and track export orders from initiation to delivery.
* Prepare and manage customs and export documentation.
* Collaborate with sales, logistics providers, and external partners to ensure timely shipments.
* Maintain accurate records of export activities.
* Support process improvements for efficiency and compliance with trade laws.
Qualifications:
* High proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).
* Understanding of export procedures, customs regulations, and Incoterms.
* Experience with international shipping and documentation.
* Hands-on experience with international transport and logistics, coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
* Proficient in SAP (preferably SD module).
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong communication skills and cross-functional teamwork.
* Customer service experience with a team-oriented approach.
