Sailpoint Security Specialist – Identity Management
As an App Security Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing identity management solutions to ensure secure access across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity governance tools and resolve complex security issues. Excellent communication skills will be required to coordinate work across multiple teams and provide guidance on best practices.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage identity management solutions ensuring secure access.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate tools like CA/Broadcom IdentityManager and Saviynt Idaas.
- Analyze and resolve complex security issues related to identity systems.
- Develop documentation and provide technical guidance on identity management.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement security policies to protect sensitive data.
- Facilitate training sessions and support adoption of best practices.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in identity management solutions.
- Strong expertise in CA/Broadcom IdentityManager and Saviynt Idaas.
- Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ and Microsoft Identity Manager.
- Experience with Oracle Identity Governance, IBM Security Identity Manager, ForgeRock OpenIDM, Dell 1 Identity Manager.
- Programming-level knowledge for editing SailPoint rules.
- Native Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills.
- CISSP or equivalent certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
