They specialise in end‐to‐end digital process optimization, including complex, technology‐driven environments in which information governance, compliance, and risk management are mission‐critical. We are looking for an IT Governance Analyst - Continuity Management to strengthen the organization's resilience posture by defining, governing, and operationalizing Business Continuity (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks across the group. 3-5 years of experience in IT Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or IT Risk Management. Proven experience conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and/or Risk Impact Analysis (RIA) in complex organizations. Experience designing, coordinating, or validating DR tests (cloud & on‐premise environments). Ability to facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders (BIA, DR scoping, recovery planning) Advanced level of English. Ensure alignment between business recovery requirements and the IT organization's technical capabilities. Validate existing technical redundancy and failover mechanisms according to the assigned criticality levels Design and oversee regular continuity and DR testing schedules (failover exercises, simulations, tabletop drills...). Evaluate test results and coordinate remediation with IT Operations. Report on resilience, DR maturity, and compliance levels to senior leadership and auditors. Full‐time freelance collaboration.
