Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for strategic initiatives
* Lead business process reviews and identify opportunities for efficiency and value creation
* Ensure traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and validation activities
* Support sprint planning and backlog prioritization within the product squad
* Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and implementation
* Review sprint demos and document gaps to align with business expectations
* Communicate risks and changes to project leads, ensuring timely resolution and transparency
Essential Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering or pharmaceutical discipline
* Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Business Analysis
* Strong communication skills with ability to influence across global teams
* Proven experience in data migration and system integration projects
* Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and business process modeling tools
* Deep understanding of SDLC, validation, and compliance in regulated environments
Desirable Requirements
* Experience with Veeva Vault RIM modules
* Familiarity with Regulatory Affairs processes such as submission and product labeling
