¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
To succeed in this position, the Sales Representative:
- Achieve sales targets and increase market share in North East of Spain
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with dealers and key account customers
- Identifying new business opportunities and responding effectively to market demands
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support
- Representing the company professionally at trade fairs and industry events
- Provide technical and commercial sales support to customer
- Support dealers with advanced quotations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer service
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales of CAPEX equipment managing long sales cycles
- Proven track record of successful business growth
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and TCO methodology, including experience in complex negotiations
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- Exceptional relationship building skills, with demonstrated success
- Ability to work independently and drive results
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and collaborate with global teams.
- Fluent in Spanish and Catalan
