To expand our business, we are hiring for a Senior Affiliate Manager for our brand new Affiliate Network. This is going to be a critical role in the company.
Tasks
* Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and agencies.
* Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network and reach.
* Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts and agreements.
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our affiliate program remains competitive and effective.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align affiliate initiatives with overall business goals.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the affiliate marketing team, setting clear goals and expectations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in the affiliate industry;
* Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, practices, and technologies.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Results-oriented with a focus on driving performance and achieving objectives.
* Highly motivated, energetic, results oriented person with great communication and organizational skills
* You must be a DOER.. A self starter (We don’t like to micro-managing)
* Very good English writing and communication skills
* Not having a 9 to 5 mentality. You must be available in different time since we work with different timezone
Good to have skills
* Experience and knowledge in Dating vertical
* Established relationship with advertisers and affiliates in the industry
