Role Description
As a full‐time Sales consultant, you will play an integral role in assisting clients with property sales and purchases. You will be responsible for building client relationships, conducting property viewings, preparing contracts, and providing expert advice on real estate transactions. Collaboration with the team to meet sales goals and maintain client satisfaction will be key. This is an on‐site role based in Pollensa, where you will interact with clients in person, ensuring a personalized and exceptional experience.
Qualifications
Proficiency in sales strategies, customer relationship management, and client negotiation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including fluency in multiple languages such as German, English and Spanish, as a minimum requirement.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage contracts and paperwork effectively
Familiarity with the local real estate market in Mallorca
Excellent problem‐solving abilities and a proactive approach to delivering client satisfaction
Proficiency in relevant computer software and CRM tools
Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel locally for property viewings
Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service roles is advantageous
