Procurement Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in Spain. The idóneo candidate will have proven working experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or a related field, preferably within a logistics, warehouse, or e-commerce environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring a broad range of goods and services essential for the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities in Spain. This role is critical for ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of all necessary materials and services. Main Responsibilities: Purchasing warehouse assets and equipment (e.G., shelving, MHE - Material Handling Equipment, IT hardware) in line with operational requirements and budget constraints. Managing the procurement of all packaging materials (boxes, tape, labels, etc.) and other essential operational consumables. Sourcing and managing contracts for outsourced services, including but not limited to cleaning, security, maintenance, and other external service providers. Handling the procurement related to facility leasing, equipment leasing, and general administrative services for the warehouse. Supporting procurement activities for warehouse engineering projects, facility upgrades, and infrastructure maintenance. Vendor management: identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new vendors; managing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with existing suppliers to ensure performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Negotiation and cost control: conducting effective negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve the best value for the company and drive cost savings. Documentation and compliance: ensuring all procurement activities comply with local regulations and maintaining accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance. Requirements: Experience: 1-3 years of proven working experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or a related field, preferably within a logistics, warehouse, or e-commerce environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline. Language: Fluency in Chinese, Spanish is essential. Skills: Strong negotiation and contracting skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with procurement software (e.G., ERP systems, e-Sourcing platforms). Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Location: Must be legally eligible to work in Spain and be based locally.
