Role Description
We are seeking elite-level Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our fast-growing team in Marbella or one of our other key locations. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for professionals who thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and bring a client-first mindset to everything they do.
As an M21 Sales Consultant, you’ll guide clients through every step of the buying or selling process - from understanding their goals to showcasing hand-picked properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring full legal and financial clarity. You’ll be supported by a strong internal team, exclusive marketing resources, and a brand that opens doors at every level of the luxury property market.

Qualifications
* Proven sales ability and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Strong real estate knowledge and/or active license.
* Fluent in customer service and client relationship management.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Professional fluency in multiple languages is a major advantage.
* Deep local knowledge of Marbella and the surrounding areas.
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
* Self-driven, proactive, and positive personality – you bring the energy.
* A natural team player who also thrives with individual responsibility.
* Background in sports, performance, or leadership roles is highly valued.
* A positive and winning personality is a must.
