About Walters People
At Walters People, we are seeking bilingual profiles with Dutch and very high English proficiency to join an international online fashion platform. The ideal candidates will be capable of account management and attracting new interested shops.
Tasks
* Proactive cold calling and negotiation for new shops, focusing on CPA and CPC business models.
* Developing and delivering compelling value proposition presentations to potential new customers.
* Driving new business growth through additional commercial activities.
* Optimizing strategies to increase shop revenue.
* Informing the Site Performance team across different markets to facilitate campaign execution.
* Providing shops with market and performance insights to enhance their understanding of the value they receive.
* Collaborating closely with the Site Performance team to identify and resolve issues, maximizing overall performance.
* Maintaining frequent contact with affiliate networks to stay updated on new shops joining.
Profile
* Sales-oriented mindset.
* Experience in new business acquisition, with strong skills in cold calling, sales pitches, and business development.
* Very high level of English plus Dutch or German (additional languages are a plus).
