With the rise of e-commerce and the demand for a faster and more versátil movement of goods, warehouse and manufacturing operators are facing increasingly complex production and logistic challenges today. Responsibility
Lead the complete project life cycle from kick off to handover
Act as the main point of contact for ALL aspects during project delivery
Align project scope, schedule and resource planning with sales and other functional teams
Create and own project communication plans (internal & external)
Motivate project team and facilitate on-time delivery of project team’s deliverables
Work at least 50% onsite during installation and testing phases
Plan project budget and manage project margin
Actively manage project finance including invoicing, milestone payments, freight, travel expenses, change orders and contractor payments
Control project scope and manage scope change process with client
Required Skill and Capability
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Robotic Automation, IT, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
At least 3 years of project management experience. xhfqzwm Knowledge of warehouse management, logistics solutions, 3PL, automation, or related fields.
Business fluency in English, other European language is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skill
Proficiency in AutoCAD, WMS, or other IT infrastructure
Accept business travel frequently across EMEA region (up to 60-80% of the time)

Outstanding resilience, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced work environments
Ability to prioritize multiple complex situations to deliver successful results
