At Métrica, we are looking for a Service Request Manager with at least 4 years of experience for a project with an important client.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
4+ years of experience in maintenance of web applications based on Java, ideally using Agile methodologies.
2+ years of experience in a Service Request Manager role.
1+ year of experience in Trade & Supply Chain Finance products; experience with the Confirming product is a plus.
ITIL certification or similar service management methodology (ServiceNow).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.
Advanced knowledge of web technologies, monitoring tools, and performance analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban).
User-level knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
Knowledge of relational databases (SQL).
High level of English, both written and spoken (B2+/C1).
