We are seeking a passionate Product Manager to build and scale our AML Screening & Monitoring product suite, delivering continuous value to our customers and ensuring compliance with AML regulations.
You will own the product from both a business and technical perspective, serving as the primary contact for all internal and external stakeholders. You will participate in sales meetings and drive product development.
In collaboration with your team, you may develop additional services/products, managing the product roadmap and metrics. You will establish strong relationships with your team and demonstrate the business growth enabled by your products.
What you'll do :
* Take full ownership of your product, collaborating with partners, engineers, and stakeholders to identify and solve problems.
* Work with engineers on a clear roadmap, user stories, and feature development.
* Launch and iterate on AML and database screening solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring product-market fit across markets.
* Use a data-driven approach to prioritize features and improvements.
* Ensure the product meets high-quality and regulatory standards to protect customer identities and sensitive data.
* Work closely with the Product team to define strategy, roadmaps, and new product features.
What you have :
* 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Manager.
* Ability to translate business requirements into actionable product deliverables aligned with company objectives.
* Experience building API-based products, working with large datasets, and interpreting technical documentation.
* Creative problem-solving skills with a holistic and detail-oriented mindset.
* Experience working with stakeholders to define product requirements.
* Preferably, experience in AML solutions, SaaS environments, banking, FinTech, or RegTech sectors.
