What will your challenges be?
Point of Sale Execution and Acitvation
Support the implementation of visibility and merchandising plans for key launches and campaigns across major retail accounts.
Coordinate the development and execution of point-of-sale materials (displays, promotional packs, testers, and visibility elements).
Maintain and update planograms to optimize shelf presence and category performance.
Trade Performance Analysis
Monitor sell-out performance, product rotation, and competitive activity across key customers (e.g., El Corte Inglés, Sephora, Druni).
Track promotional effectiveness and support ROI analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
Contribute to budget monitoring and performance reporting by customer and category.
Key Account Trade Excellence
Partner with Key Account Managers to develop customer-specific trade plans and presentations.
Support the execution of the Trade Marketing Plan within strategic accounts, ensuring high standards of in-store excellence.
Operational Excellence
Manage visibility execution tracking through digital tools (e.g., YOOBIC) and ensure follow-up on identified actions.
Coordinate external merchandising teams and monitor compliance with Perfect Store KPIs.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
Education: Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field for this role.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within Pharmaceuticals, dermocosmetics or FMCG.
Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
IT:
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Familiarity with retail execution and space management tools (e.g., Spaceman).
