As a Customer Logistics Representative, you are responsible for translating customer requests into concrete (internal) action points within the existing procedures. You are in daily contact with Sales & Carriers about incoming orders, questions and complaints about processed transport orders. You validate the invoicing, create reports and attend meetings with other departments.
What will you do?
In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Monitoring, following up and coordinating all transports within the Europe, FTL and LTL.
2. Translating the customer's requests into concrete (internal) action points of existing procedures.
3. Proactively informing our internal and external stakeholders.
4. Maintaining a good relationship with our (external) transporters.
5. The administrative processing of transports, documents and proof of delivery.
6. Monitoring carrier performance.
7. Initiating and implementing improvement proposals using the LEAN methodology.
