In this role you lead cybersecurity projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. You will drive cross-functional collaboration and support organizational transformation by standardizing project management practices. Based in Madrid with hybrid on-site work, you’ll contribute to integral information security initiatives and engage with international teams.

You will influence governance frameworks and compliance using recognized cybersecurity standards. This is an impact-focused role in a globally expanding security team.

- Lead cybersecurity projects from conception through completion with adherence to scope, timeline, budget and quality objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as primary stakeholder liaison across the project lifecycle
- Implement quality controls to ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, etc.) and regulatory requirements
- Monitor budgets, optimize resources, and maintain detailed documentation using standardized templates; report progress to stakeholders
- Support and participate in transforming the project management structure across the organization
- Contribute to development of organizational project management best practices and governance frameworks

Responsabilidades
\n
- 3–5 years of project management experience in software product development, large IT projects or Cyber Security
- Fluency in English; German and French are a plus
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and mitigation strategies (advantageous)
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST) and compliance approaches (advantageous)
- Proven ability xugodme to lead transnational/international teams
- Willingness to travel up to 15% to Liebherr sites worldwide
- PRINCE2, PMP, AGILE SAFE, CISSP, CISM or comparable certifications are advantageous
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
