We’re looking for talented technical professionals to join our teams on permanent contracts. You’ll be grouped into a team and commit to installing at least two proton therapy units at different locations.
These centers are based in Santiago de Compostela, San Sebastian, Barcelona, Seville, Malaga, Madrid (La Paz and Fuenlabrada), Valencia, and Gran Canaria.

Mission
You play a key role in our mission to treat patients and fight cancer! As Electromechanical Service Engineer, you are responsible for installation, calibration, and commissioning activities on the Proton Therapy Centre, focusing on electromechanical equipment.
As part of the Ortega project, you will be responsible for potentially 2 or 3 installations in a row. A training period is planned before the launch of the first installation, which is based in Santiago de Compostela (Galicia), expected to be completed within 12 months starting October 2025. The start date may be adjusted if necessary. Our HR team will support your relocation to your second location.
Challenges you will be responsible for
* Participating in the installation of the IBA equipment, focusing on electro-mechanical components (Gantry, Power Supply Cabinets, Electrical wiring, X-Ray equipment, etc.)
* Testing, calibrating, and validating equipment according to specifications, ensuring compliance, quality, and performance
* Analyzing data to diagnose potential technical problems
* Collaborating during installation and commissioning with subcontractors to supervise installation until start-up
* Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues
* Ensuring the highest quality of state-of-the-art technologies and services
What We Value
You have:
* A Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
* Experience in electronics/electrical troubleshooting, mechanical system design and repair
* Knowledge of cooling systems, vacuum systems, PLC regulation loops, drivers, sensors, electric motors, positioning equipment, high and low voltage equipment
* The ability to troubleshoot complex systems
* Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is an asset
* Knowledge of local EHS regulations

* Willingness to share knowledge and work in a team
* Willing to travel extensively during training
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts, nights, and weekends (up to 50%)
