As a Project/Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in driving execution across our Mobile Growth Platform / User Acquisition teams.
You will ensure that strategy turns into measurable results — connecting Product, Engineering, and Business teams, fostering alignment, and continuously improving how we plan, deliver, and measure success.
This is a role for someone who can think strategically, operate tactically, and thrives in a fast‐moving product environment.
What You'll Do Work directly with team leaders and the Delivery Manager to document, structure, and optimize key processes that enhance efficiency and coordination across multiple teams.
Build and improve workflows from scratch, taking into account diverse stakeholder needs and best practices from other Business Units.
Partner with Product and Engineering to develop and track product roadmaps, ensuring delivery aligns with the company's strategic direction.
Take full ownership of multiple initiatives and projects. Manage complex, cross‐functional initiatives throughout the product lifecycle — from inception to launch and post‐launch refinement. Drive timely delivery, prioritization, and transparent communication between teams.
Support the OKR system: help design, structure, and operationalize OKRs for the team.
Guide and advise leadership in communicating and amplifying the product vision, goals, and strategic themes.
Act as a primary point of contact for operational requests and incident management.
Ensure timely follow‐up, clear communication, and smooth resolution of issues.
Assess and adapt right‐fit delivery frameworks (methodologies, tools, and techniques) for each initiative.
Continuously evaluate and improve team performance and process efficiency.
Facilitate team retrospectives and encourage a culture of reflection, learning, and accountability.
Not afraid to challenge and upend existing systems when needed to achieve better results.
Success Metrics % of projects delivered on time and within scope.
Number and adoption rate of implemented process improvements.
OKR delivery success rate.
