Position :
At Korott, we are looking for a Financial Controller to play a key role in financial control, business analysis, and strategic support for decision-making at the corporate and group level (Eurovital Group Pharma).
The successful candidate will report directly to the International Group Controller, supporting EVPs Finance Department in all relevant matters.
Responsibilities :
Preparation, monitoring, and analysis of monthly financial closings.
Preparation of financial reports for management and the international group.
Control and analysis of budget deviations (budget vs. actual).
Commercial analysis and profitability calculations.
Active participation in forecasting and financial planning processes.
Development and improvement of financial and operational KPIs.
Coordination with local and international teams within the EVP Group to ensure consistency of financial information.
Identification of opportunities for improvement in processes and internal control.
Requirements
Professional English : essential for daily practice with the international group.
At least 3 years experience in financial management, financial reporting, or auditing.
Solid knowledge of cost control, financial planning, and profitability analysis.
Proficiency in the use of financial software tools, ERPs, Excel, and Power BI.
Required soft skills: leadership and team management, effective communication, and analytical skills for decision-making.
